Large pool area, ample space for activities, convenient fishing pier
The AC unit barely worked during our stay, resulting in hot, uncomfortable nights!!! The furniture definitely looks like it belongs in a yard sale, and the WiFi only works in one bedroom which is inconvenient!!! Major updates are necessary!!!

The pools were clean, and the large pool area had plenty of seating. The location was right across from the pier, making it easy to enjoy sunset views.
Nothing to complain about, it was totally enjoyable.

We had a fantastic time with the kids, enjoying the large pool and the game area with darts and corn hole. The hot tub was such a nice way to relax after a long day, and the grilling area was perfect for family dinners outside. Just a heads up, the bathroom fan could use some love, but it didn’t take away from our great stay! 😊

Our stay in the Two Bedroom Suite at Charlotte Bay Resort was fantastic! The condo was spacious and well-equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a comfy living area. We especially loved having a private screened-in balcony overlooking the pool area, where we could enjoy our morning coffee without any pesky bugs. The large pool and nearby park for viewing sunsets were absolute highlights of our stay.
Minor maintenance issues.

It was just a suitable option for an overnight stay in Port Charlotte with a reasonable price. The large pool area offered a nice spot to unwind after a long day of driving. Bring some snacks for the evening, as options are limited nearby.

great amenities but room for improvement
The pool and hot tub area were fantastic, providing a great spot to unwind. The room was sparkling clean, with bedding that smelled fresh, which added to our comfort. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, making meal prep easy. The view of the harbor was also a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing evenings.
Minor maintenance issues needed attention, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Spacious accommodations with all the essentials like a full kitchen, which made our family feel at home. The large pool area was inviting, providing plenty of spots to relax or enjoy the warm sun. However, some maintenance issues were noticeable. the couch felt worn out and some outdoor lights were dim at night, impacting the overall ambiance. Despite that, the friendly staff and access to a lovely bay area made our stay enjoyable.

Just a great fit for a quick stop in Port Charlotte with excellent value for money. The walking park across the street was a nice surprise for evening walks. Bring your own snacks since there aren't many nearby options.
